The object of the game is to get as close to a score of twenty one without going over which they call a bust, and still manage to beat the dealer’s hand. Gambling facilities also tried offering certain payouts to attract more customers; this only lasted long enough to catch their attention. For instance in some cases the player becomes the victim of the dealer if it is set up so dealer wins all ties.

This is hardly ever the case in a traditional game. The number of decks used in a game may also be changed; if there are fewer decks there are the more chances the player has of beating the dealer. For some people playing Blackjack online is just a hobby, for others it is practice for their games at the casinos. For some people online Blackjack has posed a potential issue of becoming addicted to the game. If you’re not playing for real money then what’s the harm, but if you are playing using your check book you could go broke quicker than you realize because you are sitting in the comfort of your home.
